Terms of Service
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of PDFMorpher (the "Service"), provided by Nexora Labs LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
PDFMorpher provides tools to edit, convert, organize and compress PDF and related files. Most processing happens in your browser, as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Plans and fair use
- Free plan: requires a free account; up to 3 downloads per calendar month (UTC), files up to 10 MB, and one file at a time in batch tools.
- Pro plan (one user): unlimited downloads for personal and business use, files up to 100 MB, and batch processing of up to 20 files per run.
- Team plan (2 to 20 seats): the Pro plan for each seat, with one subscription and invoice managed by the person who bought it. Seats are for named individuals and may not be shared.
Paid plans are subject to fair use: using the Service as people normally would, not automating it, reselling it, or using it in a way that degrades it for others. You may not circumvent plan limits. Limits shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe apply to your current billing period.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Billing periods. Pro and Team are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor, Stripe. The price is shown before you pay.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price, using your saved payment method, until you cancel. We will give you reasonable notice before a price change takes effect at your next renewal.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time yourself: open "Manage billing" in your dashboard to reach the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can also change plans, update your payment method and download invoices. You can also ask us at [support@your-domain.com]. After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, and you won't be charged again.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it; if it stays unpaid, the subscription ends and your account returns to the Free plan.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- process content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful;
- forge, falsify or alter documents to deceive others, including signatures that are not yours or that you are not authorized to apply;
- attack, overload or probe the Service, including using the web-link import to reach systems other than public files;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service except as allowed by law.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the documents you process. You are responsible for your documents and for keeping your own copies; because we do not store them, we cannot recover them for you.
6. Our intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and brand belong to Nexora Labs LLC and its licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership.
7. Third-party services
Some features rely on third parties (Stripe, Google, Dropbox, Microsoft). Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". Conversions and edits may not reproduce every detail of the original file. Review the result before relying on it; to the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of [Country / State], without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
